MYT receives your information through our website and from our partners and other third parties. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize MYT to use your information in India and any other country where MYT operates.

1. Information Collection and Use

Information collected during Sign up: When you create your MYT account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, password, and email address. Some of these information, for example, your name, is listed publicly on our website, including on your profile page and in search results. In case you connect to MYT through Facebook / Google Plus / Linked In, your basic information is fetched from that account once you grant us permission.

Trails & Bucket Lists: Our Services are primarily designed to help you share your stories and experiences of adventure sports with the world. Most of the information you provide us is information you are asking us to make public. This includes not only the trails you post, the stories and the photos you upload, but also the trails you "WoW", the trails you add to your bucket list and your comments on other trails. Our default is to make the information you provide public for as long as you do not make it private or save as draft or delete it from the site. Your public information is broadly and instantly disseminated. For instance, your public user profile information and your trails posted may be searchable by search engines. When you share information or content like photos, you should think carefully about its accessibility before sharing.
